Learn: Recruiting Committee Members Positively and Personally

We here in Leadership and Civic Engagement are in the process of creating some online videos of small tips and tools that can benefit anyone doing leadership or civic engagement work. We recently completed our first batch and would like to share them with you. This is the second video in an initial group of five. Check out our archives to see those that came before and come back each subsequent Tuesday to see another!

If you have an additional 2 minutes to offer us some feedback on this video, we would appreciate it as we plan to create more online content that meets your needs.

Opportunity: Rural Leadership Demands

How many people do we need to run our small towns? How many leaders are available? These simple, but related, questions are seldom asked. If your town is thinking these questions, consider registering for an upcoming webinar that will look at data surrounding these trends and the actions the data suggests towns should take.

Led by Extension Evaluation specialist Ben Winchester, Rural Leadership Demands is taking place on September 10, 2014 from noon to 1pm CST. Register here.
